How many design revisions do I get?

We include 3 revisions of design as standard. We understand no first design is perfect. We will work with you to produce a design that works best for you.

Additional revisions are chargeable should you require them.

What does your process involve?

What happens when you've built my website?

Once your website is built, there are a few different ways we can help getting your site live.

If we're hosting your website & domain:

We will take care of everything. Hosting is included in our website costs. Domain costs are flexible depending on which domain you'd like your website to live on.

If we're hosting your website but you have an existing domain:

We will need your domain A-records to be updated to point to our server. Most propagation times take up to 48 hours.

We will then take care of swapping your website database and files to reference your domain.

For assistance, speak to your registrar support team. Alternatively, we can assist with updating these records for you.

If you are hosting your domain and website:

We can take care of updating your database and files to reference your chosen domain. We will then give you a copy of these files for you to upload to your chosen environment.

Can you integrate additional content for me?

What content do you use?

Typically, if you have an existing website, we will pull content from your website. This helps us to design an initial mockup for your website.

If there is any content you require on your website, we would require this as early as possible. This will help us understand what content needs to go where.

If you have any repeating content (i.e. Travel Offers), we will need an example template to allow us to build in the correct system to manage this content effectively.
