A mid-tier website that involves loading of custom static offers which require specialised templating to present your information along with a Travelflow booking engine and a selection of pages costs:*

A high end website that involves bespoke development and direct integrations to our Travelflow Contracts product starts at:*

We have two ways to display the Special Offers you set up within your Flight Deck:

Via iFrame

To integrate your offers directly to your website, you can follow the steps within our step-by-step integration guide.

Via WordPress Plugin

We developed our own WordPress plugin to make Special Offers integration simple.

We have a selection of pre-built "themes" that we developed in WordPress.

Although we may refer to these as themes, these act more as a starter point to get you up and running. All our websites are bespoke and designed to your specifications. You will never be locked in to a particular theme style.

If you would like to see these themes, we have a selection of links in our footer.

We have developed a small selection of our own WordPress plugins that provide additional functionality to your website.

Unfortunately, these are not publically available. If you would like a copy of one of our plugins, get in touch with our sales team: sales@billian.co.uk.

Of course! Once your website has been finalised and put live, you will have control to customise a variety of aspects about your new website.

Your WordPress website will allow you to control the following: menus, content, pages, posts.

However, certain aspects such as page templating, and element styling won't be available for customisation as these have been coded to meet our design and your requirements.

Travelflow uses a caching system to ensure your booking engine loads quickly.
In the event that your template page displays incorrectly, this could mean that your template cache has fallen out-of-sync with the version on your website server.

Login to your Flight Deck and navigate to the following:

1. Web Settings
2. Look & Feel
3. Template URL

Click the red cross icon to clear the cache.

Travelflow has gone through rigorous testing to ensure that it looks and performs correctly on whichever website it lives on. However, every website is different and therefore could show us something we missed.

In such case, even if you don't have a website with us, our web team is on hand to offer support and advice to amend any issues your website may be causing with your booking engine.

For security reasons, your browser will prevent certain code from making requests from domains if they are different from the one serving them.

E.g. If you are using an icon font (e.g. Font Awesome) to display icons on your website:

To resolve this, you will need to enable Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS):

For an Apache Web Server with WordPress

Add the following to your .htaccess file:

Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
